NDT Inspection & Quality Control

Non-Destructive Testing performed in coordination with leading certified NDT companies including Gabi Shoav and Morex71: ultrasonic (UT), radiographic (RT) and magnetic particle inspection (MPI). WPS/PQR welding procedures per ASME/AWS standards.

EAPC – "מגן 56 שדרות" החלפת צנרת
Replacement of a critical 56" main pipeline for EAPC (Europe Asia Pipeline Company) in the Sderot area. Live-flow hot-tap operations, full weld inspection, and hydrostatic testing under high-security conditions.

Fabrication and barge-based installation of subsea JUMPER and SPOOL connector systems for Israel's offshore natural gas infrastructure. Work conducted at Haifa port, involving heavy crane operations and precision alignment to sub-millimetre tolerances.
ייצור והתקנה מסירת עגינה של מערכות מחברי JUMPER ו-SPOOL תת-ימיים לתשתיות הגז הטבעי הימי של ישראל. הפרויקט בוצע בנמל חיפה בשילוב פעילות מנופים כבדים ויישור מדויק לסבילות תת-מילימטריות.

Major pipeline and manifold conversion project at the Ashkelon storage facility. Installation of large-diameter flanged pipework, isolation valves and metering stations. 3.5 km of pipeline laid across the facility.

Highway 6 — Long-Distance Pipeline

5.4 km of high-pressure pipeline installed alongside Highway 6 (Cross-Israel Highway). The project required crossing under live traffic corridors, coordinating with road authorities and meeting strict environmental standards.
5.4 ק"מ של צנרת בלחץ גבוה שהותקנה לאורך כביש 6 (כביש חוצה ישראל). הפרויקט דרש מעבר מתחת לנתיבי תנועה פעילים, תיאום עם רשויות הכבישים ועמידה בסטנדרטים סביבתיים קפדניים.
